Northstar Advisory was established in 2008 by advisors who believed that strategic counsel should come with structured accountability, not just opinions.
The firm was founded by two former investment bankers who saw how founder-led companies struggled to access the kind of strategic guidance that larger companies take for granted. Northstar was built to fill that gap.
Eighteen years later, the firm has guided over $3.2 billion in transaction value and completed 240+ advisory engagements across Colorado and the Mountain West.
The approach has not changed: understand the decision first, provide structured analysis second, and maintain accountability for the quality of the counsel throughout the engagement.
